We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £50.00. If your order exceeds this amount we will normally delivery by carrier (next day delivery from date of dispatch, not date of order).
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, although, during busy periods, particularly Christmas, this may be slightly longer. We will keep you updated via email, on the progress of your order.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. Our delivery charges are based on what our carriers charge us.
Christmas Delivery Deadlines
Please give us and Santa as much time as possible to get your orders ready for Christmas.
Framed Orders received on or after Friday 26/11/21 cannot be guaranteed for Christmas Delivery.
Last Order Dates for Christmas and New Year.
Orders for all other items received from Saturday 27/11/21 to Friday 17/12/21 cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, but we will try our very best.
Orders placed from Saturday 18/12/21 will be processed week commencing Monday 03/01/22.

Where possible we use a tracked service for all UK orders. This service is usually, a next day service from date of order dispatch. If your order falls outside an area covered by our carrier network, we will send your order by post.
